Kirk Cleere is the Founder and President of Sendero Drilling Company, Co-Founder and President of Sendero Well Service, LLC, and Co-Founder of Sendero ESG Solutions. A graduate of Texas A&M University, he has worked independently in the oil and gas industry since 1981, bringing over four decades of leadership and expertise. In 1988, he founded Cleere Drilling Company, the largest privately held drilling company in the U.S., before its sale to Patterson-UTI in 2001. Kirk then served as President of Lariat Services, overseeing operations for drilling rigs and well service units, leading the company through its public offering as a subsidiary of Sand Ridge Energy in 2008.
In 2010, Kirk formed Sendero Drilling Company with Pioneer Natural Resources and later expanded operations with the creation of Sendero Well Service, followed by the launch of Sendero ESG Solutions to meet the growing demand for environmental and regulatory compliance. His strategic oversight continues to drive the success of Sendero Drilling and its subsidiaries.
David Stewart

David Stewart is responsible for developing the environmental service offerings for Sendero ESG Solutions and Sendero Well Services. His work focuses on creating diverse solutions that help energy clients navigate environmental compliance and meet their ESG goals.
Before joining Sendero ESG, David worked in the oil and gas exploration and production sector for 16 years, most recently as Vice President of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Regulatory (EHS&R) for Crestone Peak Resources. Prior to that, he served in senior leadership roles at Bonanza Creek Energy and Encana. His technical background includes an additional 14 years working in air quality and environmental consulting. David holds a Master of Science in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Denver and also served as Vice Chairman of the Colorado Air Quality Enterprise Board and served for six years on the Regional Air Quality Council in Colorado.
Mark Hoskins

Mark Hoskins is the Vice President of Operations and Co-Founder of Sendero ESG. With over three decades of experience in the oil and gas industry, Mark's career began in 1990 at Halliburton, where he worked in the cement, acid, and frac department. In 1999, he transitioned to Mack Energy as a Production Superintendent before consulting for Marbob.
In 2003, Mark earned his Petroleum Engineering degree from UNSW and joined Yates as an Area Engineer. Following his tenure at Yates, he became a partner at Mayo Maars, guiding the company until its sale to Basic Energy Services in 2012. At Basic, Mark served as Plugging Manager and later as Manager of Well Servicing, Plug and Abandonment (P&A), and Raft operations for the Delaware Basin.
In 2021, Mark joined Sendero Well Service as Vice President of Operations. His extensive technical expertise and leadership continue to drive the company's operational excellence.

Joey Davis is the Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all financial and accounting operations for Sendero Drilling, Sendero Well Service, and Sendero ESG Solutions.
He has over 20 years of experience which includes banking, finance, accounting, and financial advising. Joey began his banking career in 2004 and served as a Branch Manager for The Bank and Trust. He then transitioned into a financial advisor role with Westex Investments. He has been a part of the executive management team at Sendero since 2014. Joey holds a BBA from Angelo State University.

Administrative Compliance and HSE Director
Dennis Cobb is the Administrative Compliance and HSE Director for Sendero’s Drilling, Well Service, Plugging, and ESG divisions. He leverages his extensive experience, leadership skills, and dedication to safety and compliance to drive excellence across Sendero's operations. Dennis has been integral in developing and implementing Administrative, Operational, and Safety policies across company divisions.
He began his career in the oil and gas industry in 2014 with Pioneer Natural Resources, later joining Sendero Drilling as a Field Safety Supervisor. Over the years, Dennis advanced through several key roles, including Field Safety Manager, HSE Manager, Assistant HSE Director, and now HSE Director. Before the oil and gas industry, Dennis developed a solid foundation in public safety, serving as a Firefighter/Paramedic for numerous years across various departments in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area. During this time, he demonstrated exceptional leadership as a Field Training Officer and Paramedic Preceptor, mentoring recruits, ensuring high standards of care, and strengthening team performance.
Committed to professional growth, Dennis has enhanced his expertise through the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX), earning multiple certifications in emergency response. These include ARFF certification, trench and confined space specialist, hazardous materials, air monitoring, implementing IMS, and several others.
Eduardo Orozco

Eduardo Orozco is an emerging expert in petroleum engineering, working on operational planning of methane detection projects at Sendero ESG. He combines a strong academic background with practical field experience, helping to optimize workflows, improve equipment design, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Eduardo recently earned a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University, where he worked as a Graduate Assistant Researcher, contributing to key laboratory research. He is also pursuing a Master’s in Oil and Gas at Universidad Privada Boliviana (UPB).
Before joining Sendero ESG, Eduardo gained hands-on experience in field operations and engineering with YPFB in Bolivia, complemented by specialized training in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).

Human Resources and Payroll Manager
Valerie Canada oversees human resources and payroll functions across Sendero Drilling, Sendero Well Service, and Sendero ESG Solutions. With over 34 years of experience in HR, payroll, and accounting and a background in IT, Valerie brings extensive expertise to her role at Sendero.
Before joining Sendero, Valerie built her career across a range of industries. She began as a Senior Programmer Analyst with McQuay-Perfex, later joining Cactus Feeders in a similar role. She then moved into payroll management at KCI Constructors and Kvaerner-John Brown. Valerie transitioned to accounting and HR as Office Manager for Patterson-UTI, where she led payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and human resources. She was also part of the team at Lariat Services as an Office Manager before becoming an original member of the Sendero team in 2010. Valerie attended Iowa Great Lakes Community College.

Mike Benetich is Sendero's Operations Manager, overseeing all drilling operations. With 48 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Mike brings extensive operational expertise to his role. His deep knowledge of drilling operations and management has been instrumental in maintaining efficiency and safety across projects.
In previous roles, Mike served as Operations Manager at Cleere Drilling Company, Area Manager at Patterson Drilling Company, and Operations Manager at Lariat Services. Mike co-founded Sendero in 2010 and continues to drive the company’s success and growth through his commitment to operational excellence.

Andrew Kelley is a Business Development Manager, overseeing sales and customer relationships for Sendero Drilling, Sendero Well Service, and Sendero ESG Solutions. Andrew has been with Sendero for nine years and brings extensive experience from his work in the oil field services sector.
Andrew began his career at Victaulic in 2011 managing regional sales for the Permian Basin. He then worked as a Sales Representative at Basic Energy Services and Pinnergy before joining Sendero in 2015. Andrew holds a BS in Agriculture from Texas A&M University.

Field Measurement Lead
Chad Parks is an Environmental Specialist at Sendero ESG Solutions with 37 years of experience in environmental, construction, drilling, completion, production, and well servicing across multiple U.S. basins. Before joining Sendero in 2024, Chad managed field operations for Kerr-McGee, Anadarko Petroleum, and Discovery Natural Resources, focusing on facility design, fugitive emissions, and compliance with Colorado Regulation 7 in the DJ Basin.
At Sendero ESG, Chad has been integral in developing our Standard Operating Procedure and the Sendero Method 1.0 Quantification workbook while also managing field environmental measurements, overseeing field consultants, and serving as a technical expert in Optical Gas Imaging and methane quantification technologies.
